This Privacy Policy explains how AlphaCycle ("AlphaCycle", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our website and the ARC Index dashboard (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

AlphaCycle is operated from Brazil. We process personal data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). Where applicable, we also honour equivalent rights for users in other jurisdictions.

1. Information we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible to run the Service:

Email address — when you sign up, subscribe to updates, or create an account.
Account & subscription data — plan status and billing identifiers needed to provide Pro features. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
Usage & technical data — basic, often aggregated, information such as pages viewed and device/browser type, used to keep the Service reliable and secure.

2. How we use your information

To operate, maintain and improve the Service and the ARC Index dashboard.
To manage your account and process subscription payments.
To send you product updates, regime alerts and service messages you have requested.
To protect the Service against fraud, abuse and security threats.

We do not sell your personal data.
