Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AlphaCycle website and the ARC Index dashboard (the "Service"), operated by AlphaCycle from Brazil. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AlphaCycle provides a market-data dashboard centred on the ARC Index — a transparent 0–100 score that classifies Bitcoin's market regime across five zones, together with related historical analysis. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans ("Pro") are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our third-party payment processor.
• Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice before any change affects you.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reselling or redistributing data without permission; scraping or overloading our systems; reverse-engineering the Service; or using it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including the ARC Index methodology, branding, design and content, is owned by AlphaCycle and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. No warranty

The Service and all data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the data is accurate, complete, timely or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaCycle will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
